Production cell layout
Part feeding, station layout and handling paths are planned as one process. Manual work, automated operations and inspection can be combined according to the product and production requirements, with attention to access and the interfaces between stations.
A module with a defined role.
A process module groups the tooling, workpiece location and mechanical interfaces needed for a defined operation. It can be developed as an individual station or as a building block within a larger manufacturing system.

Explore the machine, its working areas and the mechanical details behind the process.

Tooling and robotic handling
Robotic handling depends on the complete mechanical arrangement. Workpiece fixtures, grippers, guided movements and the handover between operations must work together. The mechanical design aligns these details with the task, whether the station performs joining, fastening or testing.

Station access and tooling
A closer view of the station brings the rotary tooling, protected working area and operator panel together. The layout connects access to the equipment with the position of the workpiece and the surrounding production flow.

A dedicated process station
This further example shows a different workstation format: vertical tooling within a protective enclosure, with the operator interface beside the working area. Each application sets its own requirements for layout, access and mechanical detail.
