Automated and manual manufacturing systems.
Explore the engineering
Several stations, one production flow
The overview shows how robotic transfer, fixtures and neighbouring stations form a connected system. A production line is planned around the sequence of operations, the transfer of parts between stations and the manufacturing requirements of the product.
From stations to one system.
Automated and manual production lines draw on experience in automotive manufacturing. The engineering task connects individual stations, manufacturing processes and production workflows into one coherent system.

Interfaces between stations
An integrated line brings assembly, handling and inspection into a shared workflow. The mechanical layout defines where each operation takes place and how the workpiece is passed to the next stage, while leaving access for the people who operate and maintain the system.

Handling between operations
The robot and neighbouring stations form a connected working area. Their arrangement shows how part transfer, tooling positions and the boundaries of each operation need to be resolved together in the mechanical layout.
